Each rack is cut from 3/4inch birch plywood and finished with truck bed liner —  This finish adds a textured, ultra-durable surface that resists scratches, dings, and seasonal wear, guaranteeing long-term longevity even in high-traffic, gear-heavy spaces. 

The spacing is designed to balance weight evenly across the frame, creating a stable, confident storage system whether you’re hanging one board or four.
